Nathalie is a blessing sent from God. I was struggling with redesigning my 4 year old website for a new product focus on Shopify and did a search for an "expert" to hire. After extensive communication with a couple of them I was 5 minutes away from signing a contract I wasn't very happy with when she sent me a message "I can do that for you"! I have known her for a few years and forgotten she did this work. We talked and I'm glad I did! She prepared a very detailed list of what she would do based on my needs and gave me a reasonable quote (so many were out of my reach$$ and very vague on what they would do). As soon as I confirmed she went right to work, keeping in touch every step of the way. She not only created a new design but loaded a new theme and plugged in all of my new branding, improving on my copy. However she doesn't stop there! Nathalie explained every new change in detail with the why and how and created short videos so I could do it myself going forward. She is well versed on the needs for compliance that I didn't know and worked to ensure my site was up to standards. After several months of research on options for a new platform and rebuilding my website from scratch, I then spent 2 weeks on Shopify support trying to figure it out myself and 4 days searching for an 'expert' when she came to me. I had determined that it would take me 2+ months to do this myself (and I didn't know then the extent of what had to be fixed) but Nathalie created a fully functioning newly designed website for me in a matter of days! She is well worth every penny and even though there are still a few things to tweak and adjust I know she will be there to help me thru it. I'm blown away with her kindness, expertise and efficiency! I would recommend that if you want to open a new ecommerce website that you seriously consider talking to Nathalie. Especially if you are a small business because I feel she can guide you to achieve your best without the anguish I went thru for weeks on my own.
